The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the 2nd shift team, setting up the pouching machines. Candidates with experience working on RO AN, FMC and Totani Pouch machines are preferred! Education: High School diploma or equivalent Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Experience working on RO AN, Totani, FMC machines
- Experience with set-up of pouching machines
- Six Sigma experience preferred
- Experience implementing continuous improvement strategies preferred
- Will help strengthen the 2nd shift and lead the team
Requirements: - High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience setting up POUCHING / POUCH machines
- Excellent verbal/written communication abilities,
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
