Title: Master Scheduler Location: Salisbury, NC Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 Apply: Send Resume in Word format to AngieC@roxboro.net Website: www.MRIofPersonCounty.com Job Description: We have an excellent opportunity for a Master Scheduler for one of our top manufacturing clients in the Salisbury, NC area in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will schedule/support the manufacturing operations for a SMC molding / assembly operation. Education: Bachelor Degree in Materials Management, Business Administration or a related field of study. An Associate Degree along with diversified procurement and negotiation experience will be acceptable. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Plan, analyze and schedule the entire plant operations
- Responsible for all Production Control Activities
- Ensure excellent Customer Service activities
- Problem solving - Customer special requests, expediting or de-expediting, quality related issues, etc.
- Ensure accurate demand load of all EDI and manual Customer orders
- Coordinate MRP and Demand loads, review and monitor MRP systems
- Ensure Inventory accuracy
- Maintain component and finish good inventory targets based on company objectives
- Review of slow and obsolete inventory, advise appropriate actions
- Coordination of physical inventory and reconciliation of physical inventory
- Ensure that all accidents are properly reported and accident investigations are completed within 24 hours

Requirements: - Bachelors Degree in Materials Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study. An Associate’s Degree along with diversified procurement and negotiation experience will also be acceptable.
- 2 years automotive scheduling/planning experience preferably at a Tier 1 supplier
- Materials Planning skills / experience
- Production Scheduling skills / experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication abilities,
- Strong Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Lotus Notes)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
